Bellwood Property is proudly owned and run by Brisbane locals Andrew Woodford (left) and Bruce Bell. 

Andrew and Bruce are passionate about creating affordable, functional and high-quality homes for Brisbane families and have over 50 years’ combined experience in building and development. With more than 250 land developments and over 500 houses built between them in the inner Brisbane area alone, Andrew and Bruce have become the pinnacle of the inner Brisbane development and family home market.

Bellwood Property is proud to own its own construction company – Woodford Builders – which enables it to have full control over both the development and construction phase of its projects. This means Bellwood never has to rely on outside parties to deliver on the quality and timeframes required to make the process as successful as possible.
